Two plaintiffs alleged transmission of HPV citing blood tests with the same strain after both had relationships with the same defendant. Both alleged defendant knew and both alleged that they discussed history and testing with defendant to ensure he was clean. Plaintiffs alleged defendant understood his false statements and the consequences because of his medical background. Plaintiffs alleged damages include potential increased risk for cervical cancer. Case resolved at mediation.

Female plaintiff alleged male defendant transmitted Herpes simplex 2 and knew he had it due to his behavior when they were intimate. Defendant denied any knowledge of the STD and provided a clean test during their relationship. Defendant alleged that female plaintiff may have given him the STD. Extensive social media posts, texts and past medical history including clean tests discussed. Extremely emotional and personal details during the mediation. Case resolved post mediation with extensive follow up by mediator with both sides.

Mediated and settled a matter involving two female plaintiffs who both alleged that a defendant infected each of them with an STI which he was aware that he had and affirmatively represented to each of the plaintiffs that he was clean and STI free.

Mediated and settled an auto accident with issues of extent of treatment and causation complicated by issue of whether defendant was in the course and scope of employment at the time of the accident.
